The recently renovated apartment is located just a few kilometers from Aosta. Ideal for welcoming and hosting two or a maximum of four people, the apartment consists of a bathroom, a kitchen with a sofa area, a sleeping area, and a patio overlooking a beautiful private garden equipped with furnishings. You will find a playground and a bike path nearby. You can ski and cycle in the nearby area or take advantage of the garden.
Inside, you will find an HD television and free Wi-Fi, while outside, there is a protected space to store bicycles.
The bathroom is furnished with fine ceramics and features a spacious shower, a hairdryer, and a shampoo and shower gel made with local natural and organic products.

On a hill in the Lalex area stands the Royal Castle of Sarre. After being owned by various families, it became, in 1869, the residence of the first king of Italy, Vittorio Emanuele, during his hunting expeditions in the Aosta Valley.
Today, it is possible to admire inside the history of the royal family of the Savoy, with paintings and hunting trophies.
The first floor hosts the rooms of the royal apartment with some original furnishings from the time of Emanuele II and Umberto I. On the second floor, which once housed guest rooms, the style of the period of Emanuele III and Umberto II is emphasized.

From Aosta
If you are in Aosta and want to reach Sarre by car, exit the A5 highway at the "Aosta Ovest" exit. From there, follow the signs for the SS26 state road heading north towards the center of Sarre. The location is well signposted, and the route is short, requiring only a few minutes of driving.
From France or Mont Blanc
If you are coming from France or Mont Blanc, you will need to cross the Italian border and access the Italian road network. The SS26 state road is the main artery connecting the Northwest of the Aosta Valley with the city of Aosta, so follow it towards Aosta, and shortly before reaching the city, you will find Sarre.

Sabrina2023-10-09Très belle découverte ! ☺L'appartement est en hyper centre donc tout se fait à pied Il est neuf propre et fonctionnel A l'abri du bruit alors que la place est à 2 pas Je recommande Un conseil : visite guidée de la ville pour 10€ samedi et dimanche matin c'est hyper interessant ☹Il manque des bricoles : décapsuleur, des grandes tasses ou mugs pour le thé Des verres à apéro seraient un plus Bémol pour le café : la machine a été achetée chez un torréfacteur donc les capsules ne sont pas dispo en magasins. Nous n'avons pas eu assez de capsules pour 5 pour le temps du séjour 🥺 Enfin une chose à savoir : les zones de trafic limité (ZTL) il faut les voir pour ne pas y pénétrer (100€ d'amende) !!! Il faut laisser la voiture dans un parking sous-terrain (parking Carrel ,6€/24h) et aller à pied à l'appartement avec les bagagesSimone2023-10-06Eccezionale

Well equipped and beautiful views to wake up for. Kindly took our laundries and returned clean and fresh. ☹No air conditioning, which was essential during our stay, though we got ventilators that somewhat helped. The apartment is too dark, should be lighter.
